Being Internet based, the EmpaSys™ solution is an easy to use, menu driven application that can be accessed anywhere an Internet connection is available. You will be able to have payments sent to thousands of participating Billers nationwide as well as monitor your payment history via this site.
Once your payment has been entered, the payment will forwarded to the Biller through the EmpaSys™ system. The Biller will be contacted to let them know that your payment is on its way. With the number of payment locations on the rise throughout the country, it means you will be able to make payments almost anywhere you travel.
EmpaSys™ is a very stable and dependable platform, and as the number of Biller participants increase, the system will easily accommodate the growth. The point-and-click functionality makes the bill payment process fast and easy, both for existing and new accounts. Instead of purchasing money orders, with this service an account can be established at an EmpaSys™ pay station so that a customer can return to the location each time a bill needs to be paid. Or, once an account has been set up within the system, they can visit any EmpaSys™ pay station location, anywhere in the country, to make a payment.
The local payment agent offering the service typically charges a modest fee for facilitating the transaction, and payment is then transferred to the Biller or Provider. The EmpaSys™ system utilizes a worldwide network of Billers, and the number of Billers continues to increase with time. Large and small Billers are included in the various networks, and local Billers within your area can be added for your convenience.
If payments are typically made to local Billers, the Billers can be easily and quickly added to the EmpaSys™ solution.
